For this collection, the dark chocolate is taken from 72% to 85%, offering a more intense and profound interpretation while preserving its distinctive signature: delicate notes of white flowers and vanilla, a sweet and enveloping taste of dried fruit, and a gentle hint of cinnamon that enhances its elegance and lingering finish.
