Orders can be sent on our website, filling in the appropriate section. All prices shown on our website include VAT and can be updated daily.

Shipping and payment can be effected in various ways, at the Customer's choice.

The cost of each shipment must be added to the price of each product and the said cost may vary according to the method of delivery and payment, and depending on the country of destination (see the "Shipping" section).

The total amount due for the selected products and/or services will be indicated and communicated to the Customer before the conclusion of the Sales Contract.


When filling out the order form you can choose between the following options:

  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal

Payment is made through the secure server of our bank or PayPal via SSL. The card details will not be known to us as they will only be only communicated to the bank.

The goods will be shipped once payment is received by bank transfer.

Payment must be made within 48 hours from the order date. If you exceed this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled. The purpose of the bank transfer must necessarily include order number, date of order, name and surname of the customer.

Express courier: Noalya Srl uses the best and most reliable national and international couriers to ensure on time shipments at competitive prices. Delivery times are usually 2-3 days from the order date on weekdays for deliveries to the national territory including the islands. The availability of each product is included in the data sheets containing the characteristics of the products themselves.

Deliveries will take place by express courier to the address that the consumer indicates when ordering.


Each package is packed by Noalya Srl with safe package for shipping.

Noalya Srl assumes all risks related to the shipment of products by courier and is responsible for any damage occurring before the signature of receipt of goods.

If the package is not intact, that is, damaged or with obvious signs of tampering, it must be brought to the attention of the courier delivering the package, the package must not be opened and it is essential that the waybill be signed adding the words "WITH RESERVE OF VERIFICATION" or the delivery be refused. This allows the customer to protect him/herself if he/she finds any kind of anomaly after opening the package. Only in this latter case it will be necessary to report the incident by e-mail to the address within 24 hours of the incident.

Noalya srl assumes no responsibility for the disservices due to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, entirely or in part, the implementation of the sales agreement within the agreed time limit.

    The customer undertakes, once the "online" purchase procedure is concluded, to print and/or conserve these general conditions, which he/she, moreover, will have already viewed and accepted as a necessary step in the purchase, as well as to print the specifications of the product being purchased.

It is strictly forbidden for the purchaser to enter false and/or invented and/or fictitious data in the registration procedure necessary for initiating the process for the execution of this sales agreement and the attendant additional communications; the personal data and the e-mail must be exclusively his/her real personal data and not those of third parties.


If the Customer chooses to use the payment method by credit card filling in the appropriate fields on our website, he/she authorizes Noalya srl to use his/her credit card and to debit his/her bank account with the total amount indicated as the cost of the purchase made in favour of the aforementioned company. The entire procedure is carried out via a secure connection directly connected to the Bank Institute, owner and operator of the "online" payment service, - which Noalya srl cannot access.

Should the customer, having paid by credit card, exercise the right of withdrawal, as laid down in these general conditions, the amount to be refunded will be credited to the same credit card or, upon the customer’s indication, by bank transfer.

The obligations assumed by the aforementioned customer (Obligations of the purchaser), as well as the guarantee of the successful conclusion of the payment that the customer must effect, are essential, so that, by express agreement, the Customer's breach, of only one of aforementioned obligations, will determine the resolution by law of the contract pursuant to art.1456 of the Civil Code, without the need for a judicial ruling, without prejudice to the right of Noalya srl to take legal action for compensation for further damage.

Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the "online" purchase agreements website is subject to Italian jurisdiction.

In case of faulty goods they can be returned to Noalya srl within 10 days of delivery; the shipping and packing costs for the return of the shipment are charged to the company. The defective goods will be returned or refunded by Noalya srl. It is necessary to report the incident, sending a photograph of the goods via e-mail to within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.


Noalya Srl allows withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods

The exercise of this right is regulated as follows:

  • The returned products must be intact, preferably if in the original packaging: for products damaged or tampered with it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
  • This right is reserved for natural persons: retailers are therefore excluded.

To exercise this right the customer must send an email to within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, stating:

  • Number of order
  • Date of order
  • name of the product or products for which the customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, stating the item code
  • bank details (IBAN code), which Noalya Srl will use for for the refund by bank transfer or e-mail address in case of Paypal payments.

The customer will receive an e-mail of return authorization and within 14 days of receipt of this email, he/she must send, at his/her own expense, the products subject to withdrawal to the following address:

Noalya Srl will refund the products subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods. This refund includes the shipping costs incurred by the customer only in case of total withdrawal of the order.

Although not expressly written, the provisions of the law on distance contracts apply. Any dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
